All neighborhood
residents are members of the Hillsboro-West End Neighborhood
Association (HWEN) and are encouraged to participate in neighborhood
meetings and activities.
The work of HWEN is funded primarily by voluntary contributions of members. Members who support the mission of HWEN are encouraged to make an annual contribution.
A $10 minimum is suggested; larger amounts are gladly accepted.
