Hillsboro-West End Neighborhood Response to COVID-19
The strength of our neighborhood depends on contact. Like a net, we are more resilient when tied together than we are as separate threads. Here are some ways to stay connected with neighbors at a time when physical distancing is required:
- Get in touch with your four closest neighbors (front, back, and sides) via email, text, or a note on the door. Get their contact information and stay in touch every week or so. Encourage them to reach out to their four closest neighbors. It is fast and easy and helps us all stay connected and to offer help when needed.
- Sign up for the HWEN Email List to receive postings about important news. Check our Facebook page for updates.
- If you have a need for non-emergency assistance and need a neighbor referral, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our neighborhood helpers will get in touch.
- If you have an idea to help our neighborhood, contact email@example.com and let us know.
